At Telemundo Center, I helped keep 500+ employees informed and connected through engaging copy for enterprise news emails, elevator screens, and Viva Engage posts. I collaborated closely with our small but mighty team to deliver clear, impactful updates.

By creating monthly anniversary shout-outs and developing digital signage seen daily by staff across the center, I learned how to blend creativity with brand consistency, boosting engagement and ensuring that every piece of content reflected Telemundo’s vibrant culture.

03 — Results

Our internal emails consistently achieved an impressive + 60% open rate, with 96.15% of employees agreeing they felt more included and informed about company news, events, and initiatives.

These strong open rates and active event turnout provided valuable insights that I compiled into a presentation deck.

Sharing these findings helped our team celebrate successes, identify gaps, and shape future strategies to boost morale and keep everyone connected and informed.
